They are still derisking their portfolio. With Basel 4 coming and EU still a mess they will probably scale back there. Plus with increased capital requirements ROE targets will be harder to achieve.

That will make this stock suffer. Could you imagine the downsize in Europe especially span ? Woah they need another plan going forward.
