The OffShore Scam Under a rule known as "Regulation S," companies do not have to register stock they sell outside the United States to foreign or "off-shore" investors. In the typical off-shore scam, an unscrupulous microcap company sells unregistered Reg S stock at a deep discount to fraudsters posing as foreign investors. These fraudsters then sell the stock to U.S. investors at inflated prices and share the resulting profits with company insiders. The flow of unregistered stock into the U.S. eventually causes the price to drop, leaving unsuspecting U.S. investors with losses.

An insider must report any direct and INDIRECT beneficial ownership changes.
When it's not even registered? Ya.. ok. So why then not just buy it in the US????
Kyte and Sidmundson were no longer insiders the day they left now were they? LAUGHABLE to think that not a single one of these "insiders" over the last 6 or 7 years have never sold a single share... LAUGHABLE.
All these guys rode through Switzerland EVERY time they went overseas to flog REG S in ENGLAND.
WHY?
Why did Beggar and Kyte get sued for trying to start a Swiss annuity? Have a clue what those are mainly used for? Obviously those using ANYTHING Swiss are not interested in revealing ownership in much of anything.
There should be some proof for that.
There's proof of Kyte spreading insider info, as I have said numerous times before. Why is the founder and CEO of "newly formed" Energy Tech Africa Mr. Nimmo no longer around to be seen? Oh well.. plenty of warnings, losses avoidable.
The stock is not the company.
Oh yes it is.. the company survives on the stock. Beggar would be lucky to flog notes at $0.02 now. He has about 3 months left of shares, and that is IF he can sell the ENTIRE remaining authorized off. Guess in the next SHM the thing that is a given will be Beggar BEGGING for another couple hundred million shares to authorize! On to half a billion shares. What is LAUGHABLY passed over, is if he sells another hundred million shares for $2 mil, he buys some time. But shareholders are missing is that when this is done, the potential PPS even if this did sell are being cut down massively.
I do not know if this is a fraud
Seriously? Haven't read the last decade of NR's?
