This legislation is a good thing for NOW, but it's a bandaid, and has to be approved annually. It does nothing to address real reform, like rescheduling. Rescheduling would be the real game changer here, and it's very unlikely under a Christie AG, just more of the same, sadly. For this sector to really get moving, we need REAL reform.
