Right. It's easy to be wise after the event. If SunnComm had not got into an equivocal relationship with Granite (without giving itself sufficient guarantees against non-complaince by Granite). the KC appointment would, in all probability, not have been made. That lesson must have been well and truly learned!
I note the positive tone of yesterday's price action. For the moment, at least, the selling has stopped. The market appears to have discounted all the negative factors, besides taking little account of all the positive events that could come about from now on. In that sense the downside and upside are in a state of evident imbalance.
