You really haven't been around long in investing. This is so extremely normal and ordinary. Stop and think before making statements that make you look inexperienced and not knowledgeable.
First, 100,000 shares is a minute fragment of his holdings. Second, he didn't get that great of a price. Third, as the company prepares to ramp up and roll out expansions, announce record earnings, seize on California, and add another acquisition soon, wouldn't be smart to sell BEFORE any of those events that will likely catapult CANN stock to the moon?
Selling after those events would make any insider look a tad biased. If anything this move is a huge confidence builder for me of what's to come near term.
