They have an OBO/NOBO list... management knows enough to know who lives in the area (Dallas) and the meeting which was already set is moved into a meeting room and then quick send out an invite to all the shareholders. We'll hear about it. They MUST send out a PR/Blog update. We'll know what happened. They cannot discuss w/o updating everyone. Like minutes after a shareholders annual meeting. Not everyone makes it. That's how it goes.
