If OWCP (a far superior company than CBIS, MCOA, etc.) can't reach a $40+M market cap, something is messed up in the OTC world.

It would just go to show how pumpers are able to manipulate and fluff a stock. The Cannabis / Medical Marijuana sector is booming right now, sure, but those other companies are Pink Sheet stocks with significantly more Outstanding Shares -- and they're absolutely losing millions still!

It depends on how patient you are. The 2016 elections are far bigger and wider than the 2014 elections and back then the Hemp/MJ plays ran from pennies to dollars. They ran for months non stop. I would expect these plays to run for months ahead and into next spring. Heck last spring I made more money than I have in any year of trading during that huge MJ run! OWCP could be well over $1.00 ahead IMO and that could happen this year.
