Thanks CP. sounds like we got nothing now and nothing definite going forward. They may want to partner but if BP wants to snuff them out, it now appears they have the ability. The pps is being held down and they have no ability to stop the reverse split unless they can get a partner. Since they have not been able to get a paying partner in the past I do not hold out a lot of hope.

My guess is they try for the next year or two to max Avid revenues and keep diluting to try to get something else that makes them money on the R&D side. They will keep going with or without a partner diluting us as needed because in the end there is little risk for them. It is not there money.

In other words you were wrong (tet again) wrt bla. The RS being postponed until last moment is going to place downward pressure on shareprice. They should have taken the medicine and moved on. But yet again they have 0 concern for shareholders. Anyone wondering about a lid on pphm need look no further than Tustin.

Oh, but there is a "magic button" they could push to get the share price above 1$ in very short order. In the event Bavi has any perceived value as it stands today, management could orchestrate a real partnership, with upfront $, and relinquish control of the development to said partner who would undoubtedly have greater expertise and resources to finally get the development show out of first gear.

Partnering runs counter to what benefits the entrenched slugs that run the company, so they continue to slowly run the company into the ground while completely screwing shareholders.

CP, with all due respect, just read your conclusion. I think in GENERAL you are saying everything is still positive and we are on the right track but it just takes longer for them to achieve it and for us to talk about it. But be happy because we will be profitable in 2 years. I think I have proved my kicking the can down the road in your case. Why do you spend hours thinking what to type in long posts backing PPHM BOD ?? !!. You know you can make a lot of money doing consulting for a BP ;)
