don't know - I guess that mmjpr.ca is a business page and not an official site like the web page from Health Canada ( http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/dhp-mps/marihuana/info/list-eng.php )
The only thing I know is that "Northern Vine" (Abattis) has a 25% interest in Experion Technologies which has a 10 acre property ( http://experionbiotechnologies.com/facilities/ ) and an MMAR License (see http://www.abattis.com/science-companies and see 'Consolidated Financial Statements for the three and nine months ended June 30, 2016 ')

Aphria got their License well over a year ago.

I still believe ATTBF will never give up on the Grow application and quite frankly I don't understand why they have not received it.
