They need the cash NOW! 2 Million dollars is already promised to UK (and perhaps an additional 10-15 Million this year)...that barely leaves enough for operations and certainly not enough for advertising or growth and expansion!
All of those SB-2 and SB-2/A shares will be sold....no question what-so-ever....this stock and the pps bleeds for the next nine months as shares are sold by GGI...as stated by GZFX!
