If you look into this graph - it shows the US prescription for celebrex touched peak of 1 million tablets per quarter - 4 million tablets per year

Celebrex list price was approx $300 per 30 tablets or $10 per tablet

The Generic version of celebrex is available at around $ 1.20 per tablet

Thus the sales value has already come down to 1/10th

So generic competition has killed the sales value - so not sure how much premium KIT-302 can command and it will decide possible revenue and multiple offered in buyout.
