You like to say this but why is it that there is a stereotype about women being ripped off by mechanics? Because historically women have no experience with mechanics. They dont know anything about it so the mechanic can take advantage.
You are right they can hire experience. But without knowing anything about mining they are at the mercy of their hire which is a bad thing in any company.

We only have rocks. Without a geologist nobody knows what rocks we have. We know whats in the area because of other geologists but Dan and Otto can not make an educated decision because they are not educated in mining.
They needa CEO with ACTUAL experience. Its going to cost them money and shares they dont have to get one
