Wrong again the other side is common stock and therefore it is already included in the O/S.

When the cash is collected the other side will be cash and the credit will be stock subscription receivable. Therefore common stock will not be hit again with regard to this transaction.

I'm sure you know all this, but believe me it has more to do with Europe and nothing to do with GGI. Also, the money will be collected.
