Because nowhere is GNCC Capital mentioned on any available court documentation relating to the Hand action. Some just decided to make a non-existent link between Hand and GNCP as a result of his custodianship action for NMGL and his arrest for Securities Fraud unrelated to NMGL.
The court has nothing before it about, nor is there any reference to, GNCP. It's just blind hope that somehow there is some forthcoming magical event that will fix this dead stock.
