CNN is reporting a terrorist plot was broken up in the U.K. The plot was intended to take down about 20 passenger aircraft between the U.K. and the U.S., and it is believed the explosive devices were to be in luggage. Airports in the U.K. are pretty much locked down and carry-on luggage is not being allowed.
