This goes to my question yesterday that no one responded to. If FnF are told by the regulator that they need to sell risky higher yielding items from portfolio and are not allowed to reinvest then that money gets swept as they are also having their footprint lessened by said regulator. Again, how much value are we losing while waiting to "win"?
