DoNot...the issue that I don't hear much about that as a businessman warrants issue is that under this conservatorship they are forcing the selling off of assets that are paying although riskier and FnF are losing that income or not allowed to reinvest in safer investments to augment that lost income. How much are we losing in value by the time we actually "win" this thing?
The NWS is even more than all income forever. It takes all net worth.... Kind of hard to argue that they were not stripping the companies of everything forever in light of the emails made public by Sweeney.
I just read Epstein's article again. He is so well written and so intelligent, it is scary.
