Forceone1: As a public company Apptech has an obligation to communicate with all shareholders and to comply with a policy of full disclosure. Signing an NDA and having individual shareholders speaking with Investor Relations does not satisfy the requirement for communicating with ALL shareholders much less addressing the matter of full disclosure. Why doesn't Apptech communicate with ALL shareholder as it should be done?
