even if OWCP has enough to pay sheba $300,000 for psoriasis trials, Medmar just gave OWCP $300,000 non interest loan only payable via royalty offset specifically for the development of psoriasis topical cream.

the only "development" left is the clinical trial with Sheba.

make sense?

the money will not come out of OWC pocket. If it fails, thats Medmar loss.
If it succeeds, it will be reimbursed out of the royalties they pay OWC for exclusive sales rights in US. Royalty agreement is $20,000 base fee a month and 20% of total sales.

Not your typical otc ticker company is based in Israel many of these companies the real ones actually work on research and not just collect salaries for doing studies like most typical companies.

Ask you self how has this company operated all these year while only issuing a net of 56k in notes?

A company achieving results on a minimal budget will get my money every day.
