Agree export sales will begin in 1st quarter and possible full throttle by 2Q of 2017 but that is a long ways off.....3 months of storage increases according to Platt and others
4,000 bcf appears to be around the corner....possibly by Nov of 2016

And that is it.
Any amount of natgas that comes in and exceeds the demand is stored in an environment that is nearing capacity with no real demand in sight. Gas prices should drop.
After that you could expect export sales to ramp at such low gas prices and the price will take back off north.

Weighing The Natural Gas 'Glut' At End-September

For the week ending September 23rd, the Energy Information Administration (EIA) reported that storage built by 49 billion cubic feet (bcf), ending the week at 3,600 bcf, 2.6% higher than a year ago, and 6.5% higher than its 5-year average.

Based on my regression, this implies a build of 80 bcf for (next) week. Storage should be reported around 3,680 bcf in this week's report.
