Well, I must say I am impressed. I see one of our smart shareholders GOT ON THE CALL. Well, done well done. As for some saying the settlement talks are false can now see THIS IS REAL. All I can say for the ones who think that Judge Bucklo is not going to award JNSH money damages you better go back and read the September 24, 2013, ruling. SHE PUT IT RIGHT IN THE RULING SHE WILL AWARD MONEY DAMAGES. So CCGI would be FOOLISH not to settle sooner then later. If they try to low ball JNSH and it hits BUCKLO'S court again I feel she wil CRUSH them. I think this would be the best because this would force CCGI to put up a bond equal to the award which could be between 3-9 million dollars. I know several are saying WHAT 3-9 MILLION thats crazy. IT'S NOT BECAUSE A JUDGE COULD AWARD TRIPLE YES TRIPLE THE DAMAGES. If anyone goes back they will see the network was worth 3 million plus so 3X3=9 MILLION.
