Can someone clear something up for me, I'm seeing a shareholder deficit when it comes to duo worlds ipo in this new document. Can anyone shed some insight on that? Liabilities overriding assests as well. Where does this put the stock as soon as it begins trading.. This isn't negativity just curious and looking for some sort of knowledge from experienced investors.
