I was there. We nailed it before a negative poster said anything. They were mysteriously (and refreshingly) absent. Sure the negative posters chimed in after we had asked for links and questioned "Prime Wire".
What pr I never saw it?. I did see something about another company some where that got posted on yayhoo, or somewhere and the owners had contacted their legal dept and were gonna try to find who did it. It involved Remax. The poster said the company was buying them, and they planned to prosecute that little Poster!
