Further, the BOD doesn't want to trade at $1.10 or whatever, then drop back below a lousy $buck. They want to be WELL, WELL, WELL above ONE LOUSY DOLLAR, which ain't-a-happening here, LOL !!!

Pull up a 6 month or 1 yr chart. It's made SEVERAL TRIPS above 50 CENTS, since the BAVI-MAGIC PHASE III wipe-out FUTILITY FAILURE, only to GIVE IT ALL BACK and then some.

It hasn't even cracked 50 CENTS again yet, the near term high from only a few months ago. It's not even in a technical "uptrend" yet- just look at the 50 day and 200 day moving averages and where this POS is stuck.

It's not even CLOSE yet to no "delist" territory. NOT BY A LONG SHOT.

Nice day for pphm - though easily could have afternoon selloff. Good day for day traders to sell for sure. Also good day for shorts to load up for the predictable close the gap sell off. Goodbye RS? Hardly.

My Guess is that the PPS will be back to $.40 or below before the week is over. The news this morning was alright; however, it definitely won't be enough to sustain any sort of PPS gains over time.

As for the RS.. I personally believe that it is a foregone conclusion, the moment that Management authorized the 500 Million Shares. When the RS happens, it will be for 1:7 (IMO)....
