Agree...but like to wait for a pps that Allows me to Only have to sell 25% or less....usually 12.5% ...On a Good Mover...to get the Principal Out....which AlwayS makes Me feel like I don't have that $$ working for Me ..but is Good for preserving $$$...for the "jiC" Moments..!!
