Many hoppers and dreamers will see the new market cap after the immediate conversion of the preferred stock and will say WOW look at our Market Cap now!? TRTC must be great!!! Then the PPS will adjust to a more realistic level... i.e. the PPS will go DOWN.
Later the R/S will go back on the table, possibly without the sneaky transfer of equity from common stock to the preferred, but will it matter?
Market caps matter, as does what your shares represent.
