As of today the court assignment is still on the docket with the original judge that oversaw the settlement, so NTEK has yet to find a way to come up with the cash. If they had, yet another settlement would have had to been immediately filed with the court.
The much better filing is the Long Side Ventures SECOND enforcement action for $1,500,000 bucks and 60,000,000 shares of NTEK with price guarantees.
