NTEK owes K2 a half-million bucks...

Or something like that. I don't remember what stock is owed, as I'm not on my home computer at the moment, but will try and relocate it over the weekend. NTEK either comes up with what is owed by a certain date or the court date is September 29. As of today the court assignment is still on the docket with the original judge that oversaw the settlement, so NTEK has yet to find a way to come up with the cash. If they had, yet another settlement would have had to been immediately filed with the court.

The much better filing is the Long Side Ventures SECOND enforcement action for $1,500,000 bucks and 60,000,000 shares of NTEK with price guarantees. All of the documents on the Long Side case are easily accessible, court date was two days ago and NTEK is screwed. Just search the Broward County site by name for all the docs:

This NTEK scam can't even scrape up a few bucks to get their NTGL shell out of default or pay their pathetic IR idiot.

These two combined will put NTEK into the dirt.
