#47 RE: Bird of Prey #46

Looks like you got it rolling over here, guys.
I think investing in AVBC will continue to be emotional rather than rational. Perhaps it will remain so until it is on Nasdaq and large investors follow it or becomes a merger candidate.
I see BOP did mention the internet newsletters in an earlier post here. No need to respond to my RB post.
I agree it is time to bury the hatchet and invest for investment's sake, not to merely "outdo" the other guy.

Vegas - not to put words in Gary's mouth, but I think he is clear in his opinion that he sold his position in AVBC and would look at AVBC again only after the dilution stops to consider reinvesting. I think his was not a comment on what the dilution is for, just he will not consider it a good investment until the dilution stops. I think we all agree that AquaVie would be bankrupt without selling shares each month. The filings show were the proceeds from the sales to. I was surprised to see the forfeited accrued salaries, as that does not follow with the lining the pockets theory. But I did not look at who got the series D preferred either. After the dilution stops (the company has sufficient revenues to cover expenses and is not selling stock to line corporate or personal coffers), Gary can consider the stock structure and o/s. As opposed to Gary, I will still look for the huge hype pop like we got before if a new chain in a new region and sales triple in a 12 month period, as I think that will bring more of those emotional investors after a turnaround like that.

Good luck to all.
