According to pr's, the planning to reverse merge Consultech Midwest into the fold has been ongoing for months. They also said they wanted to move quickly after Sulja was complete.

I think some folks on here are forgetting something very important!!...Sulja was a profitable company many many years before they reversed into LFWK...
