Had to have been the $8.5M cash burn in Q2 and the fact that they are almost out of money again. My guess.

IMHO upside now is Cyrus dribbles in a few bucks and they try to sell the company to cover some of the debt.

Downside is a liquidation where even Opus takes a big hit.
