I have not followed WDC for a long time and do not know the details of the acquisition, if it entails assuming their debt, maybe the balance sheet will no longer be that clean? The market may also fret on the issue of competitiveness, old clients of RDRT which compete with WDCmay no longer buy heads and arms from WDC, reducing the value to WDC of RDRT.
