Bob, I agree and if I was a betting man, the company will let you know that when the audited financials are posted probably after the trading day has ended or just before it opens up. That will shut everyone up with a double barrel shotgun. Share structure and audited financials all at once. Remember the financials have to state the share structure. That my friend is the catalyst that will force everyone to fasten their seat belts and for those short to put there head in their hands and weep uncontrollably! The big, big question is when the news comes out NOT IF the news will come out. The company has already stated the audited financials are coming! Look at the first page of the posted unaudited financials, the explanation is there! Remember this simple fact, YOU CAN'T GET $25 MILLION IN FINANCING WITHOUT AUDITED FINANCIALS AS SUPPORT!
