James I just don't understand? We're "Finally" Getting our due and longtime holders that were here in those dark days are now losing there minds over very small things that Dan is doing to solidify our balance sheet! Selling shares at $13.50 seems smart to me for no other reason than to make us financially stronger for negotiating with future partners! In the over all prospective $30,000,000 means more to us now than it will in a couple years ! Dilution is happening for a reason.... He wants to put more money on our balance sheet to help in negotiating with future partners! Sometimes you just need to trust the CEO when he's long 350,000 shares. He's absolutely not in control of share price!!!! Some here think that since he sold shares at $13.50 he devalued the stock? Shorts were going to attack us the whole time they were just waiting on the dust to settle before they started back with the manipulation. James I do believe Dan is setting us up for the best possible negotiating strength he can so we don't have to take a weak offer from anyone who may want to partner up with us! $30,000,000 to ADXS is HUGE at this stage of the game. We're are needing as much cash as possible and 2 years from now that same $30,000,000 won't mean that much to any of us . It's a nessasarry evil to all small R&D baby bio's. At 1st I wasn't too happy about it then I started thinking why in the world would Dan sell at $13.50 a share? I'm speculating its for negotiations that will be happening very soon.
