Correct, we own escrow, we own a C-nr which represents a certain amount of former shares of WAMU. According to POR7, after all debtors are paid and all (all!) disputes are settled, we, the owners that released and only them, share whatever is left of assets, cash, mortgage rights, you name it...
We are strictly spoken not owners, that is right. We are simple shareholders that were lied to, (mis-informed even ;-) ) and we supported WAMU till the end. But we will receive whatever is left. Nothing hidden, just not reported to the public as per rules (Now where do you think these "not reporting rules are produced for?). And the amount we will receive per share will be more then TPG paid per share, maybe even double.
You'll read it in a small message somewhere in a corner of a financial magazine. And that is then it for you.
Not for those who signed for release not for them....
