the claim is reviewed and is accepted in full - rejected in full or accepted in part
The allowed claim is what gets in line
e.g. right now there are disputed claims that stand before equity being paid --- claims from employees and others .... they have submitted their claims and the court has not yet said - nope - yup - or something in between
I am hoping all employee claims are denied and thus not ALLOWED claims
