Nobody knows anything what's going on behind closed doors.

All we can do is make an educated guess, and that's what I'm doing.

If we go on what we know, both DB and the General Unsecured Creditors will NOT be paid.

Is that what DB fought tooth and nail for during almost 8 years?

Would that be fair? JPM DEFINITELY getting 645 million from FDIC-R, and DB ending up with NOTHING?
