thanks for reminding us that this is a couple of old also ran drugs in an also ran patented technology. I think those complaints about the USPTO being too easy has merit.

Why is that a pipe dream? We've all seen the statistics. The VAST majority of NDAs are approved whether on the first try or on subsequent tries. This isn't a chemo treatment or a stem cell modality. It's combining two already approved drugs into a different, patented delivery system.
