You'll have to excuse me but all the news ranging from the ARMY contract to the hiring of biotechnology experts, to help facilitate the process of setting up a production facility is encouraging but I would like to know how all of this will be funded going forward....

If Kim is to issue more shares, to put to CSC or is there something else in the works?

Let's say Vietnam FINALLY gives KBLB permission to setup "shop" there....

While plans of an additional facility overseas is ongoing, while maintaining the U.S. facility and the"undisclosed location....

I'm still reminded from the December 2015 CC:

Management will look to uplist to a higher exchange upon completing near term commercialization goals.

If these "near term commercialization goals" come to fruition, i'd like to know KBLB's options....

Even in "vague-speak," which i'm accustomed to.

"The Company is well aware of its financial position and is presently reviewing several potentially lucrative possibilities."
