I suspect ETF Program Trading. Somewhere there is a pump going on and the traders are in a feeding frenzy, then they move in a group on to another low floater.
I recently fell in to one, BSPM, and took 90% when my chart started flashing 'get out'.

I thought it would have happened by now. I know the SEC is slow but with the shady merger and insane price moves I thought this would be an easy halt.

This stock was finally halted on 9/20.....on 9/23 SPU announced resignation of it's auditors after only 5 months.

My guess is this stock opens at $2 and goes lower from there and gets delisted. Ridiculous trading over the past month.
