Its all about choices and who you chose to trust. I spoke to many people before the hearing, listened to both sides before, during and after the hearing. I met a lot of fine folks at the hearing and our attorneys. I only know this, speaking for myself, I trust the attorneys involved, the judge and all the people involved in the suit.

I firmly believe that if the SA had been overturned, loch would have gone belly up. Do you think they would be willing to start over with another settlement? Who in their right mind would want to set on the BOD, no directors insurance, no telling how many, if any, creditors around that could still pop up and sue over nonpayment of bills. How about another class action law suit while all this is going on that Imo wanted to do. It would have, IMO, been more and more delays.

The settlement of shares after the reverse split is not very good, but, IMO, it is better than nothing and thats exactly what we would have gotten, IMO, if the SA had been overturned. Now, how is this saga going to turn out, I dont know, I just know that I feel that if we are to have any chance of getting anything back, this was the only way.

Also, keep in mind, of the 2000 or so shareholders, there was only one person objecting to the SA, one. But, since he opted out, he can now go after the guys as you said, but again, its about choices and who you trust with the knowledge and legal skills. I chose mine and will live with that decision.
