You understand that without Avanzar, what revenue was left is now non-existent? Most likely since June. With the last we saw of debt plus what we have seen of dilution... There is no good answer that changes anything for shareholders. Maybe a buyout of licenses, but that will only really net about $100,00, lets be real here. No one is going to waste money on a bunch of outdated ideas and 2nd string products.
