Great research, West Century by the way is controlled and effectively owned by Nils through his wife who is the director and shareholder I believe - he uses it to hold free trading shares (he claims) so the SEC doesn't know that it is a related party! So the 48m of West Century and the 38m he issued to himself and yeah he effectively controls the company.

Yes, the mines that this company claims to own and be generating gold revenue from? Either don't exist at all, or are owned by others. These guys are ignoramuses, and know nothing about mining. They think "soft volcanic ore" is ideal for heap leaching. And somehow think an open pit mine is somehow less destructive for sensitive jungle habitats than an underground mine.

Clearly an amateurish con-job.
