Which is why any financing BHGI will be predatory because the management at BHGI has proven they are inept. Even if the acquire enough financing it will temporarily destroy value for BHGI because it will mean they are paying more than face value for the assets given they are also paying financing charges. In addition the real estate will be illiquid and cost money in the short to medium term and they have an ownership cost. All the cash flow before growth can be realized will be paid with shares aka dilution.
It's 2-3 years away from showing a positive number on there balance sheet and at least 9 months before there is a dollar of revenue showing if ever.
