Assets don't increase value if the liabilities increase equally - value is achieved when the acquired assets provide revenue and growth to their asset value.

That's why shareholder value is defined on a balance sheet as assets minus liabilities.

That's why BHGI is worth less than zero and why the acquisitions mean nothing because they aren't completed nor can be evaluated.

That is why the share price continues to trend downwards as it has since day 1

The only acquisition this company has made is a cosmetics company that was calued at $37,500 and in 2 years the CEO has neither was generated a dollar of revenue nor sold it for cash. Given the BHGI debt situation and issuing of shares at .0025 to pay for debt it would be prudent for BHGI to sell the cosmetics to use the money to pay off debt.

Instead they bloat the O/S at discount prices when at the same time they purport a Billion dollar valuation which would mean that the management of BHGI is utterly inept to be throwing away shares like they are. The dilution hasn't shown up on the day to day share price but it will hit the float and the only winner will be insiders.
