1.) Pro Prom plans to manufacture 340 million bottles in order to produce 2.8 million cases on its first initial production run in September.

2.) distribution program that will include big box retailers, gas stations, grocer markets, gyms, golf courses and various sports clubs located throughout Mexico.

3.) Sales will be spearheaded by a strategic marketing program that has already been developed and will include a direct sales force and an audio and visual campaign, which includes radio, television, and various promotional marketing materials. The campaign will also be significantly enhanced through a systematic social media outreach.
* Marketing program already developed! People are gonna see TBEV on TV and hear about it on the radio! And systematically rape people's eyeballs on social media with TBEV commercials!!!!!
4.) As previously announced, the exclusive Licensing Agreement with ProProm Mexico is a 3 year agreement with an automatic roll-over provision and includes an annual licensing fee with additional royalty fees based on sales. The Agreement includes the development, manufacture, marketing, distribution and sales of the Company's High Performance line of sports drinks in up to 20 countries located throughout Central America, South America and Mexico.
* 3 year licensing deal! With royalties. So PRO PROM will pay for all of this sh/t and distribute it and advertise and TBEV gets ROYALTIES!!! Probably 20% or more
For the first production run of 2.8million cases sold at 36$ (current price) that's 100.8 million dollars!

If they do 2 production runs a year TBEV is a company with 40million dollars in revenue per year.
