When there is a reverse split, the share price will increase ten fold, and the OS falls ten fold. So, if we have 800 million OS, the share count goes to 80 million shares. If the PPS at that time is .80, it goes up ten fold to $8.00. If I have one million shares pre-split, I would have 100,000 with the share price at $8.00.
