If I had to bet on who knew more, you or banana, I'd go with banana everyday of the week and twice on Sunday. He's demonstrated understanding of most issues surrounding this stock/company; people can choose to agree or disagree as they see fit. All you've demonstrated is a desire to agitate.

When there is a reverse split, the share price will increase ten fold, and the OS falls ten fold. So, if we have 800 million OS, the share count goes to 80 million shares. If the PPS at that time is .80, it goes up ten fold to $8.00. If I have one million shares pre-split, I would have 100,000 with the share price at $8.00.

It is the same thing, but it is a way for companies to reduce their OS. So, even at 800 million, we go to 80 million OS. So, what is the big deal. I think it is you who does not understand this company, its history, and the kind of quality people running it and working in its lab.

If you did, I seriously doubt you would speak the way you do, respectfully, of course.
