What is the comparison of? Baseline feedstock without diluent or chems? Many pundits claim to understand the scientific claims but they cannot answer this question because it's not specified.

It's also not believable that Qsep stumbled on to this alleged new discovery and could not execute one measly order after years of development and a warehouse full of failed prototypes. Besides why does condensate needs a viscosity reduction??? It itself is used as a diluent.

not single AOT's but entire systems

are the new challenge and proof

Strange isn't it that entire networks and integrated systems
might take a little longer to sell than one AOT ?

then there is the remote-control of the system ...and all the
management and logistical support of it all ..

how long is that all supposed to take ?

hard to know since it's never been done before

and since the technology has so many variations and talents
that it all takes that much more research and planning..

First and second quarter 2015? Sounds like the Iraq situation hinted to over and over again last year. Since they were in the second round of negotiations about a year ago, what round are in they in now?

And, of course it would take a year to "formalize purchase agreement proposal."

Is Ayn Rand writing the purchase agreement? Maybe Dickens getting paid by the word again?

If this was going to material, it would have already.
