How much money did Element Global made selling its previous agribusiness ?
According to its financials, Element Global had $14.7 millions of cash, and its had annual sales of more than $50 millions! That's a lot of chickpeas !!

One wonders why, which such a profitable business, the company felt the need to get acquired by a Russian mining outfit, and then to divest itself of all of its profitable assets ?

Here is what is not going to happen by Oct 31 or Dec 31 (pick your year): that the stock goes to dollars land on some RM. They might certainly announce a reverse merger as they have habit of announcing stuff, but then FINRA would have to approval said reverse merger...and that simply won't happen with a dark, non-reporting non-filer...so good luck with that.

In the meantime I won't put it past them to concoct any number of stories...

And come October 31 if they don't find some excuse to "delay" the big event...it will be but another PR blip in the ELGL scrapbook.

And that is, of course, assuming the SEC doesn't suspend it first...
