Mineral valuations are illegal, in both Russia and the US.

Anytime you see a mineral company put a dollar value on their properties, it is a guaranteed fraud and scam. Guaranteed.

Fundamentals? lol.

It's a non-reporting, dark, stop sign OTC pink no information. It has a serial history of bloated promises with nothing delivered. It has produced clearly fraudulent financials and pushed the idea last year of a 600 million bond (Euros or USD...we are not exactly sure the story kept changing) AND a $3.7 Billion "asset" that turned out to be the same "asset" used in the AURC/RVBR scams by one Victor Feldbush. And through a demonstrated set of connections with Feldbush at the center (zaybaykaygeoprom, Clarinova, Manhatten Capital Group, element global mining group) we find this asset now being peddled as the savior for ELGL. It is an old tailings pile from a copper mine in Karabash Russia, one of the most polluted places on earth.

And everything that has been produced associated with the asset has been demonstrated to be either fraudulent, made up or useless...except maybe to pump a penny stock ;-).

So now suddenly...everything is now hunky dory? Lol.

The "fundamentals" as you say would suggest this thing is worth -0-.

Trying to push that "asset" a second time doesn't make it any more real.

Oh and BTW - that OS number is over a year old...and the TA is gagged.

Just sayin' ;-)

Logic would dictate that if the asset is really worth what it's worth, and it is…

Logic would suggest that it isn't worth anything close to 3.7 billion euros. As has been demonstrated, the "asset" has been making the rounds from one penny scam to another for ten years.
