#5352 RE: C C #5345

rain in Louisiana has shown up in abundance....flooding much of South Louisiana with more rain to come with no where to put it. The ground can not absorb what is expected to come in the next few weeks. It appears Louisiana has more rain to come causing normal temps. using less ng for heating or cooling

La Nina may be down graded coming in with a whimper rather than a blast
causing a wetter than normal cold winter

The probability that La Niña will develop this fall or winter now stands at 55 to 60 percent, according to NOAA, down from 75 percent in May.
